Refund & Warranty Policy
Our products are only sold online to customers in the United States of America. We accept credit cards (i.e. Visa, American Express, Mastercard, & Discover), purchase orders, and PayPal. This policy pertains to all products purchased directly on https://riemersystems.com/ as well as quotes provided through our website.
Items shipped from Riemer Systems can be returned within 60 days of receipt of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the item(s). Shipping costs, incurred for the original shipment and the return shipment, are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days (typically 5-7 business days).
Riemer Systems offers 1-year warranty on our products to cover manufacturing defects and lock failures. The ship date is used as the start date of the warranty period and spans 1 year from the date of shipment. The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferrable.
